UK Top Websites is operated by RB Solutions LTD, based in Bridgwater, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us through the contact page on this site.
Using the site
- You may browse and search the directory free of charge.
- You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account or add a listing.
- You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, spamming, hacking, or posting unlawful, misleading or offensive content.
- We may suspend or remove any account or listing that breaks these terms, without notice where necessary.
Listings & accounts
- Free listings are always available. Paid upgrades (Premium) are optional.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login secure.
- You confirm you have the right to publish the business details, text and images you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Some listings are compiled from public open data to help people find local businesses. If a listing is yours, you can claim it, correct it, or ask us to remove it at any time.
Payments & upgrades
- Premium is £10 a year, or £99 for a one-off lifetime upgrade. Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Paid placement (Featured / Premium) is always clearly labelled and never changes a business’s reviews or star rating.
- Our refund policy is genuinely fair — see the Refund Policy page.
Content & reviews
Reviews and ratings reflect the views of the people who left them, not us. We moderate for spam and abuse but do not sell, edit or fake reviews. We may remove content that is unlawful, defamatory or clearly fake.
Third-party links & data
The site links to external websites and shows data from third parties (for example maps, open business data and live rail information). We do not control those sites or data and are not responsible for them. Live and timetable information is provided for convenience — always check with the operator before you travel.
Liability
We work hard to keep the directory accurate, but we provide the site "as is" and cannot guarantee it is complete, error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
