Refund Policy
We keep this simple and genuinely fair: if a paid upgrade isn’t right for you, you get your money back. No small print traps.

Not happy with a Premium upgrade within 30 days? Email us and we’ll refund it in full — no reason needed.
Free listings
Adding and keeping a listing is free, so there is nothing to refund. You never have to pay to appear in the directory.
Premium upgrades
- Premium is £10 a year or £99 lifetime. You can cancel a yearly plan any time to stop it renewing.
- Full refund within 30 days of any Premium or lifetime purchase — just ask.
- After 30 days, if we ever fail to deliver what we promised (for example your upgraded features don’t work and we can’t fix them), we’ll refund you fairly, pro-rata.
- Yearly plans do not auto-charge without reminding you first, and cancelling stops all future payments.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account, or use the contact page, with your business name and the payment date. We aim to reply within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 5–10 working days, back to your original payment method.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law, which we always honour. Nothing here takes those rights away.
